Qualifications

• Minimum required degrees and experience in a relevant STEM field with semiconductor background.
• Experience in semiconductor processing, fabrication, or nanotechnology.
• Strong skills in design of experiments and SPC for process control.
• Preferred experience with data collection and analysis coding; vendor interaction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead scientific research to enable manufacture of innovative device architectures.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to meet engineering specs for the process.
• Transfer technology to manufacturing teams via Copy Exact Methodology.
• Contribute to development of intellectual property and cross-functional collaboration.
