Job summary

Amazon’s Global Customer Fulfillment ACES team is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to drive network-wide initiatives and scale new processes. You will act as a Process Path Owner, defining standards, coordinating across Ops, Tech, and finance, and enabling rapid, data-driven decision making.

You will shape 1-3 year roadmaps, lead Kaizen and automation efforts, and measure performance through defined metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define standard work for your process path for associates and managers.
• Be the central leader between Tech, Central Ops, Programs, Safety and Operations.
• Develop short-term (0-3 months) and long-term (1-3 years) roadmaps.
• Implement continuous improvements through Kaizens, automation and tech investments.
• Own process path metrics and set targets with clear thresholds.
