Job summary

Qnity in Newark, Delaware seeks an Improvement Engineer to drive plant-wide continuous improvement and maximize asset value. You will apply Six Sigma, LEAN and IPS methodologies to improve safety, efficiency and profitability.

You will partner with Engineering Solutions, Technology Center and manufacturing teams to implement robust corrective actions. With financial acumen and process engineering expertise, you will influence capital plans, ROC improvements, and cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM field required.
• Six Sigma GBPL/BB certification is advantageous.
• Experience in process engineering or manufacturing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects to deliver year-over-year ROC growth.
• Collaborate with Technology Center and plant teams to identify improvements.
• Support capital planning and MET implementations across the facility.
• Champion process safety activities and risk assessment processes.
