Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a senior professional to lead business-improvement projects, driving value across customer and enterprise processes. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and report progress to stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and risk mitigation.

The role requires strong communication, six-plus years of process improvement experience, and familiarity with healthcare metrics. Master’s degree preferred; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• Six or more years of process improvement experience.
• Experience in healthcare operations preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication, organizational and presentation skills.
• Experience interacting with client staff and leadership in developing processes, frameworks, communications, training, and change management materials.
• Experience coordinating with project leadership to define goals and execute requirements.
• Direct experience with developing process models in MS Visio.
• Experience working in teams to meet client objectives and requirements.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of healthcare analytics and CMS metrics (HEDIS, PQRS, NHSN) a plus.
• Desire to learn new skills and drive positive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of business improvement projects to enable improvements in customer and business value.
• Collaborate with team members who work across enterprise-wide organizational structures.
• Provide frequent communication about projects to stakeholders, departments, and management to ensure deadlines are met, issues identified and mitigated, and leaders informed of risks.
