Job summary

Tanner-Health-1 is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Lead to drive enterprise-wide projects that boost patient care and business value. You will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders across the organization to design, implement, and monitor improvements.

The role requires six years of related experience, preferably with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and strong communication for stakeholder engagement, risk management, and change leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred and six or more years of related experience.
• Advanced knowledge in highly specialized systems and procedures.
• Experience in healthcare operations preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication, organizational and presentation skills.
• Experience developing processes and change management materials with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of business improvement projects to enable improvements in customer and business value.
• Collaborate with team members across enterprise-wide organizational structures.
• Provide frequent communication about projects to stakeholders and management to ensure deadlines are met, issues mitigated, and leaders informed of risks.
