Qualifications

• Six or more years of process improvement experience.
• Experience in healthcare operations preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of healthcare analytics and CMS reported metrics (HEDIS, PQRS, NHSN) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of business improvement projects to enable improvements in customer and business value.
• Collaborate with team members who work across enterprise-wide organizational structures.
• Provide frequent communication about projects to stakeholders, departments, and management to ensure projects deadlines are met, issues are identified and mitigated, and leaders are informed of any risks.
