The role emphasizes end-to-end project ownership, mentoring associates, and delivering measurable savings through standard work and loss reduction across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 3 years’ experience in Process Improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data to drive action.
• Experience leading process improvement projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement efforts for your functional area using tools such as 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time and motion studies.
• Deliver KPI-driven results by analyzing performance data and creating standard work to reduce variation.
• Manage top-loss projects, identify savings opportunities, and support WPS integration through gap analysis and metrics reviews.
• Apply network playbooks and provide feedback to improve project ideas and replication opportunities.
• Support managers with WPS programs, associate engagement, KPI improvement, and deployment of WPS methodologies.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders, monitor progress, and promote continuous learning.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.
