Job summary

The Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation is seeking a leader to own complex, cross-functional process and system initiatives in the Boston area. You will define scope, assemble the right team, and drive projects from assessment to stabilization with accountability for outcomes.

You will also map processes, build durable ownership models, and mentor others while shaping operating models for post-implementation success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, project/program management, or business analysis within P&C insurance claims operations.
• Proven track record of owning complex, cross-functional projects independently, including systems and vendor components.
• Strong ability to build process maps and ownership models from scratch with limited existing documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
• Practical understanding of claims systems and how process design interacts with system constraints.
• Sound judgment on when to move forward independently versus escalation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of major process and systems initiatives from assessment through implementation and stabilization.
• Create and maintain comprehensive process maps and ownership models across multiple lines of business.
• Independently scope projects: define objectives, milestones, and stakeholder groups.
• Serve as primary point of contact across claims operations, IT, and vendors for your projects.
• Identify business cases for larger investments and present findings to senior leadership.
• Mentor other Process Efficiency Analysts on mapping approaches and project discipline.
• Design the operating model post go-live to prevent decay of improvements.
• Surface systemic gaps across Claims beyond your assigned projects.
