Job summary

The Plymouth Rock Company in Boston seeks a seasoned Process Efficiency Analyst to own end-to-end delivery of major process and systems initiatives, collaborating with claims operations, IT, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in process improvement, project/program management, or business analysis in P&C insurance claims operations
• Track record of owning complex, cross-functional projects independently including systems and vendor components
• Strong ability to build process maps and ownership models from scratch with limited documentation
• Excellent stakeholder management, including presenting to senior leadership
• Understanding of how process design interacts with claims systems and constraints
• Judgment on when to move forward independently versus escalate

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of major process and systems initiatives from current-state assessment through implementation and stabilization
• Build and maintain comprehensive process maps and ownership models across multiple lines of business and workflows
• Independently scope projects: define objectives, milestones, and necessary stakeholders
• Serve as primary point of contact across claims operations, IT, and external vendors
• Identify and structure business cases for larger investments and present findings to senior leadership
• Mentor and guide other Process Efficiency Analysts on mapping and project management
• Design the operating model post go-live: ownership, escalation, monitoring
• Surface systemic gaps across Claims beyond assigned projects
