Job summary

Plymouth Rock Assurance in Boston is seeking a Process Efficiency Analyst to own complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in claims operations. You will define the approach, assemble the right team, and make scoping decisions to deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.

You will map processes, scope projects, collaborate across claims, IT, and vendors, and design post-go-live operating models. A track record of independent delivery on cross-functional initiatives and experience with claims

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, project/program management, or business analysis in P&C claims.
• Own complex, cross-functional projects including systems and vendor components.
• Build process maps and ownership models from scratch in environments with limited documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to present to senior leadership.
• Understand claims systems and how process design interacts with constraints.
• Judgment on when to move forward independently vs. escalate.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of major process and systems initiatives through implementation and stabilization.
• Build and maintain comprehensive process maps across multiple lines of business and workflows.
• Independently scope projects: define objectives, milestones, and stakeholder groups.
• Serve as primary contact across claims operations, IT, and vendors; resolve day-to-day issues without escalation.
• Identify and structure business cases for larger investments and present findings to leadership.
• Mentor and provide direction to other Process Efficiency Analysts on mapping and PM discipline.
• Design operating model for post go-live ownership and escalation.
• Proactively surface systemic gaps across Claims beyond assigned projects.
