Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in project management or engineering in regulated technical environments.
• BS in engineering or closely related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive complex issues to resolution.
• Strong leadership and executive communication skills.
• Experience with quality processes, design control, and document control.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex process improvement and project integration initiatives to strengthen engineering execution and organizational effectiveness.
• Develop, revise, implement, and continuously improve procedures, templates, governance routines, and work processes.
• Lead project integration activities across engineering and interfacing organizations, including planning, facilitation, and follow-up for design reviews and cross-functional forums.
• Maintain and improve management tools such as risk registers, decision records, and document controls to ensure traceability and accountability.
• Provide senior-level ownership for core Quality Processes programs, including corrective action, design control, document control, and training programs.
