Job summary

Holtec International in Camden, NJ, seeks a Project Controls Engineer II to establish and execute the enterprise project controls framework for the SMR program lifecycle. You will ensure schedule integrity, discipline work execution, and DOE-level EVM compliance to enable informed decisions.

The role requires developing the Integrated Master Schedule across design through startup, integrating cost-loaded schedules, and presenting status to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline and relevant project controls experience.
• Experience with complex nuclear or regulated programs is preferred.
• Ability to develop and manage integrated master schedules and EVM reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across lifecycle.
• Manage IMS progress, communicate impacts to milestones and critical paths.
• Enforce scheduling standards, WBS, coding, calendars, and baselines.
• Integrate cost- and resource-loaded schedules for EVM reporting.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and what-if scenarios to manage risks.
• Coordinate with PM and Finance for budgets, scope, and audits.
• Prepare schedule status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
