Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Process Engineer to understand, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes across value streams, applying lean and six sigma to improve efficiency, layouts, and workflows. You will ensure end‑to‑end process understanding and support lifecycle management and sustaining engineering changes in compliance with GMP, ISO, and relevant regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of related process engineering experience.
• Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control) tools preferred.
• Strong English communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Work cross‑functionally with EHS, product development, process technology, facilities, quality, regulatory, planning, and procurement to address process challenges and lifecycle changes.
• Represent value stream teams in strategic site and enterprise projects on cross‑functional teams focusing on quality improvements and new product introductions.
• Execute engineering studies, IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV validations and Engineering Change Requests/Orders (ECR/ECO).
• Conduct SPC analysis and trend existing process parameters to improve yields and reduce scrap.
• Perform investigations, NCs, and CAPAs; drive corrective actions.
• Complete projects to improve process, quality, reliability, and cost using lean six‑sigma tools.
