Job summary

Module X Solutions, LLC, a rapidly growing modular manufacturing business in Shreveport, seeks a Process Engineer to support manufacturing workflows, improve productivity, and ensure safety and cost-effectiveness.

You will analyze design and implement improvements using Lean, Six Sigma and 5S, collaborating with engineering, quality, operations and safety to drive operational excellence and create training standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Entry level to 2 years experience in process/industrial engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma and 5S methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve manufacturing processes to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations and safety teams.
• Evaluate new technologies or automation to streamline workflows.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and sustain SOPs, process maps and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide technical guidance and training to operators.
