• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience influencing dealer principals and GSMs.
• Strong coaching instincts and ability to build capability in others.
• Ability to translate data outputs into practical, dealer-specific conversations.

Responsibilities

• Translate diagnostic outputs into BC and dealer-specific intervention plans.
• Coach ASMs on using scorecards and playbooks in dealer conversations.
• Maintain a consistent ASM performance cadence with weekly coaching, reviews, and accountability checks.
• Identify ASMs needing coaching or escalation and refer to Senior Field Intervention Lead.
• Support ASMs in preparing and delivering dealer-specific intervention plans.
• Attend dealer meetings to coach in the moment and ensure credible delivery of plans.
• Track dealer progress and report status to BC leadership.
• Provide structured feedback on what works and what’s missing from market context.
• Participate in governance cadence with BC reviews and SLT inputs.
