American Electric Power is seeking a Business Process Analyst Lead to drive analysis of enterprise process data, develop KPI metrics, and support value realization with leadership teams. The role will foster continuous process improvement across business units and partners, delivering actionable insights and strategic reporting.

The Business Process Analyst Lead will play a lead role in performing analysis and providing insights and reporting leveraging process data from across AEP. This role will be engaged in subsequent process improvement and value realization measurement, including KPI / metric development and monitoring in collaboration with business partners.
Lead analysis and create insights leveraging enterprise process data (add). Develop and measure subsequent KPIs in collaboration with the business unit to measuring ongoing value to AEP. Create presentations, reports, and process workflows for executive leadership. Participate in establishing a healthy culture of continuous process improvement within assigned organizations and across AEP as opportunities arise. Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate process improvement effectiveness. Assess project risks and recommend mitigation strategies, leading initiatives to identify business process solutions.
Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Management, Business Process, Business, or related field with 10 years of relevant experience (continuous improvement process activities, operations, project management, or business analytics). OR Associate's Degree in Project Management, Business Process, Business, or related field with 12 years of relevant experience (continuous improvement process activities, operations, project management, or business analytics). OR High School Diploma or GED with 14 years of relevant experience (continuous improvement process activities, operations, project management, or business analytics).

Compensation Range: $116,255.00 - $151,132.50
