Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience in continuous improvement or business analytics.
• Alternate pathways with Associate’s degree (12 years) or High School diploma (14 years) accepted with experience.
• Proven ability to develop KPIs and analytics for leadership audiences.

This role will be engaged in subsequent process improvement and value realization measurement, including KPI / metric development and monitoring in collaboration with business partners. The role will work closely with leadership and business partners to create reporting and presentations, understanding KPIs and the supporting frameworks for the purposes of sustainability.Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Do:Lead analysis and create insights leveraging enterprise process data (add).
