Job summary

EagleBank is seeking a Process Excellence Lead Analyst to drive enterprise process improvements across business and technology teams. You will lead cross‑functional transformations from discovery through implementation, delivering measurable benefits and governance.

You will mentor analysts, develop business cases for AI, workflow, RPA and other digital solutions, and partner with senior leaders to align initiatives with strategic goals and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Business, Information Systems, IT, Finance, or related field; additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 9 years experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business analysis, consulting, or process reengineering
• Experience presenting recommendations to senior leaders
• Advanced knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable process improvement methodologies
• Advanced analytical and financial acumen, including advanced Excel skills and Power BI or similar tools
• Excellent facilitation, consultation, presentation, and communication skills
• Demonstrated experience shaping and supporting delivery automation or RPA
• Experience using process mapping, workflow documentation, or operational analysis tools such as Visio, Jira, BigPicture

Responsibilities

• Engagement Leadership: Lead end-to-end process improvement engagements, including scoping, discovery, analysis, design, implementation, and post-implementation review.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent engagements across business units, technology platforms, risk partners, and third parties; mentor analysts.
• Develop project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and success measures; manage engagements to dates.
• Document current-state and future-state processes; build business cases with quantified benefits and outcomes.
• Identify automation opportunities; partner with Technology, Digital Innovation, Risk, Compliance, and vendors on solution design.
• Track benefits realized and present executive summaries to senior leaders.
