Job summary

EagleBank is seeking a Process Excellence Subject Matter Expert to lead enterprise transformation initiatives, from design through stabilization of platforms and processes. You will align technology with business priorities, manage cross-functional workstreams, and drive governance across PMO, Risk, and Audit.

Responsibilities include executive program leadership, future-state process design, data and reporting governance, testing, cutover, and ongoing system ownership post-implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
• 12 years progressive experience in project management, program management, business transformation, or enterprise systems implementation.
• 3 years experience leading or serving as a core team member on a full-lifecycle enterprise systems implementation.
• Strong business process knowledge, governance, controls, and operational requirements.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise project management systems or comparable platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Executive Program Leadership: Own enterprise implementation initiatives from mobilization through stabilization.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across Technology, PMO, Risk, Internal Audit, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Establish program governance, decision rights, design authority, escalation protocols, and executive reporting.
• Data, Integrations, Reporting, and Controls: Own data conversion, integrations, and reporting architecture.
• Testing, Change, Cutover, and Adoption: Lead end-to-end testing and readiness for go-live.
• Post-Implementation Systems Ownership: Support PMO as enterprise product and systems owner for project management platforms.
