Job summary

EagleBank is seeking a Process Excellence Lead Analyst to drive enterprise process improvements, lead cross-functional initiatives, and deliver measurable benefits. You will design future-state processes, develop business cases, and supervise analysts in a dynamic banking environment.

The role requires advanced analytical skills, strong facilitation abilities, and experience with automation and data-driven improvements. Expect collaboration with senior leaders and multi-team coordination.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Business, Information Systems, IT, Finance or related field.
9 years in process improvement and cross-functional redesigns with measurable outcomes.
Experience presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
Advanced knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable methodologies.
Strong analytical and financial acumen, including Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process improvement engagements across the bank’s functions.
Facilitate workshops with owners, staff, and senior leaders to document pain points and future-state design.
Develop project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and success measures.
Coordinate multiple engagements across units, technology platforms, risk partners, and third parties.
Mentor analysts and provide day-to-day guidance on discovery, mapping, and metrics.
Build business cases quantifying benefits, costs, and impact on client/employee experience.
