You will partner with business owners, IT, and Digital Innovation to map current-state processes, identify root causes, and document target-state workflows, SOPs, roles, and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience as a business analyst supporting process or technology initiatives.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience developing and executing test plans and coordinating user acceptance testing.
• Strong analytical and data skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview stakeholders to map current processes and identify improvements.
• Document target-state workflows, SOPs, and approvals; support automation deployments.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports to track benefits and adoption.
