Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Service Systems Engineering, Operations Research, or related discipline.
• Three years of related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, redesign, and optimization of complex business processes across one or more units.
• Oversee department-level process improvement projects with stakeholder alignment and timely execution.
• Develop and track OKRs to measure improvement and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to adopt changes and align organizational goals.
• Coach and mentor teams in process optimization methodologies and tools.
• Design and maintain end-to-end business process architecture and maps.
