Western Governors University seeks a Business Applications Administrator in Salt Lake City to own the administration, optimization, and ongoing effectiveness of enterprise applications used by the BTCO department. You will ensure systems are configured, governed, supported, and continuously improved.

The role partners with IT engineers, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into capabilities, drive AI-enabled transformation, and manage governance and vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, AI-Engineering, Business, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience administering, implementing, or supporting enterprise business applications.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow, IWMS, SAP Signavio, OKR tools, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day functional administration and operational performance of assigned business applications.
• Collaborate with BTCO and Enterprise Technology on integrations, configurations, security, and data management.
• Translate business requirements into functional system requirements and ensure timely delivery of enhancements and releases.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, and automate repetitive activities.
