Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking an experienced maintenance technician for biopharma manufacturing and aseptic filling operations. The role focuses on keeping equipment in use-ready and compliant state, with upgrades, troubleshooting, and CMMS documentation.

The 2nd shift runs generally 2:00pm - 10:30pm, with travel between facilities as needed. Strong GMP experience and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and upgrade of process support equipment for biopharma manufacturing.
• Experience with GMP documentation and CMMS data entry.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex problems and guide staff in repairs.
• Maintain equipment to use-ready, compliant state; upgrade as needed.
• Author and update maintenance procedures and forms.
• Complete CMMS entries and training activities.
• Travel between facilities to support operations.
