Job summary

Guerbet is seeking a Process Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical production equipment in a GMP setting. You will troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues, support changeovers, and document activities in the CMMS to ensure compliant operations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of GMP maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably an AS degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• High school diploma or GED required; AS degree preferred.
• Experience with CMMS systems (Maximo, SAP) and GMP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment such as fillers, washers, cappers, tray loaders, tanks and autoclaves.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues to restore equipment function safely.
• Support setup, changeovers and startup activities to ensure smooth production.
• Document maintenance activities accurately in CMMS per GMP and ALCOA principles.
• Assist in commissioning, qualification and validation of new or modified equipment.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to site emergencies.
