Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist III for the 2nd shift in San Diego, CA. The role maintains and improves utilities, labs, and cleanrooms to a use-ready, compliant state, with emphasis on BMS alarms, preventive maintenance, and CMMS documentation.

We value advanced troubleshooting, strong cGMP knowledge, and the ability to train junior staff. This full-time position requires at least 6 years of relevant hands-on facility maintenance experience and will travel

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of hands-on facility maintenance experience.
Minimum of 4 years of cGMP experience preferred.
Thorough understanding of clean utility systems and cleanrooms.

Responsibilities

Maintain facilities, utilities, labs, and cleanrooms in use-ready, compliant state.
Monitor, respond to and correct Building Management System (BMS) alarms.
Plan and perform preventive maintenance; assist in maintenance planning.
Train junior staff in facilities maintenance trades and safety procedures.
Travel between facilities to support all functional areas.
On-call during natural disasters or inclement weather.
Complete CMMS entries and related training activities.
