Job summary

Hargrove seeks a Senior Engineering Lead to provide technical leadership on a large project in Houston. You will support the Project Manager in managing performance, cost, schedule and client satisfaction across multiple disciplines with minimal supervision.

Ideal candidate has a BS/MS in engineering, 15+ years in process design and management, PE preferred or PMP, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Chemical, Mechanical, Biochemical, or Petroleum Engineering.
• Professional Engineering registration (PE) is highly preferred or may be required.
• 15+ years of relevant industrial experience in process design engineering and management.
