Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years industrial experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership by example in safety, quality, regulatory, product safety and sustainability.
• Support application of the sector Quality Management Process in all assignments.
• Ensure support for the corporate Diversity policy as appropriate for the role.
• Lead with LEAN principles in work management and drive change as a process-improvement role model.
• Protect proprietary technology, products and processes through patents and trade secrets.
• Conceive, develop, validate and share ideas for new or improved products and processes.
• Identify internal/external tech solutions 3–5 years from commercialization to enable strategy realization.
• Apply engineering principles to advance process innovation on projects and programs.
• Mine MES data with strong analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with external service providers and suppliers.
• Coach and develop team members to grow leadership and communication skills.
