Job summary

GHD is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead complex wastewater treatment design projects across the United States. You will work with national experts, mentors junior staff, and help deliver advanced process solutions for municipal and industrial facilities.

You will collaborate with Project Managers and Client Service Managers, drive innovative processes, and contribute to proposals while engaging with equipment manufacturers to stay at the forefront of technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and PE license.
8+ years of experience in wastewater treatment design and research.
Ability to lead process engineering for large, complex wastewater projects.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

Execute advanced process designs for municipal and industrial wastewater facilities.
Collaborate with national experts to implement innovative treatment technologies.
Mentor junior engineers to ensure project quality and professional growth.
Contribute to technical proposals, outlining process approaches and innovative solutions.
Conduct process modeling and QA/QC reviews of design calculations and drawings.
Lead technical workshops with clients to evaluate alternatives and capital improvements.
