Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license required.

• Ability to lead process engineering for large, complex projects.
• Strong written and oral communication; mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced process designs for municipal and industrial wastewater facilities.
• Collaborate with national experts to implement new treatment technologies.
• Mentor junior process engineers to ensure project quality.
• Contribute to technical proposals and craft process approaches.
• Conduct process modeling and QA/QC of design deliverables.
• Run workshops with clients to evaluate options and cost paths.
• Support startup and troubleshooting on-site and engage with suppliers.
