Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies is seeking an experienced engineer to support the production of water filtration membranes at our membrane manufacturing facility. We are looking for a mechanical, industrial, or chemical engineer to contribute to this growing technology and be part of a dynamic team.

The role involves coaching engineers, providing production-line support, and driving continuous improvement while interfacing with multiple internal teams to meet safety, quality, and production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain.
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing supply chain.
• Experience with manufacturing of water filtration products and process control.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop process engineers on the team.
• Provide engineering support for operation of multiple production lines and day-to-day troubleshooting.
• Own the value stream creation and updates within your scope.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, quality, maintenance, sales, and marketing to meet goals.
