Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader - Microelectronics to drive ultrapure water, wastewater, and reclaim treatment projects for the North American market.

You will own the overall process design and PFD, lead a team of Process Engineers, and coordinate with customers to meet stringent microelectronics requirements. Strong leadership, English fluency, and deep technical knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical) required.
• 10+ years of related experience in process engineering.
• Experience with UPW, wastewater, and reclaim treatment for microelectronics.
• Strong leadership and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of ultrapure, wastewater, and reclaim treatment solutions.
• Own the Process Flow Diagram (PFD), flow tables, and mass balance.
• Engage in piloting, benchmarking, and treatability studies.
• Serve as lead technical contact with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and manage technical risks across the flow sheet.
• Provide training and mentoring within the Process Engineering team.
