Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking an experienced engineer to support the production of water filtration membranes at a facility in the United States. The role targets mechanical, industrial, or chemical engineers who are highly motivated and technically strong to support membrane manufacturing and drive improvements.

You will lead process engineers, collaborate across manufacturing, R&D, quality, and maintenance, and own value streams while advancing digitization and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop process engineers on the team.
• Provide engineering support for operation of multiple production lines and day-to-day troubleshooting.
• Own value stream creation and updates within scope.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, quality, maintenance, sales, marketing to meet goals.
• Collect and analyze data to drive safety, quality, cost, and productivity improvements.
• Create and update BOMs, routings, and new part numbers.
