Sotera Health Company seeks a Process Engineer to optimize sterilization and related processes across facilities. You will lead cross-functional improvements, design scalable processes, and develop P&ID diagrams in collaboration with EHSS to meet PSM requirements.

You will analyze data using RCA and Lean Six Sigma tools, perform root cause investigations, and support project teams with new process designs while traveling ~25% to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• B.S. in an Engineering related field or 10+ years related experience.
• Competent working in both field and office environment.
• Working knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• OSHA Process Safety Management knowledge a plus.
• Travel will average 25%.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives, applying RCA and statistical tools to optimize performance.
• Design robust processes that meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards with scalability across sites.
• Support project managers with development of new process designs, flows, and P&IDs for large projects.
• Conduct root cause investigations for complex process failures and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and optimize SOPs and process-related technical standards.
• Collaborate with EHSS to ensure process safety information complies with PSM procedures.
• Coordinate drawing updates and review vendor revisions.
