Sotera Health is seeking a Plant Engineer to support East Coast Ethylene Oxide sterilization plants. You will lead small to medium maintenance and growth projects, execute on design, installation and commissioning, and coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, and Finance.

This hands-on role requires a B.S. in Engineering, 5+ years in process environments, and comfort with a highly matrixed organization.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on engineering experience in a process environment.
• Experience leading small to medium projects (maintenance or growth).
• Strong written and verbal communication in a matrixed organization.

Aufgaben

• Identify and correct unsafe conditions and practices.
• Lead project design, installation and commissioning for maintenance/growth projects.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, OpEx, Purchasing, Legal and Finance.
