Job summary

CS Power Systems, a division of Canadian Solar, is seeking a Technician II, Process in Jeffersonville, IN. The role focuses on maintaining and improving process KPIs such as efficiency, yield, and reliability, while collaborating with engineers and operators to keep equipment running at peak performance.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree in a related field and 1–3 years in solar manufacturing, with flexibility for overtime to support 24/7 production. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in chemical, material science, microelectronics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in solar cell manufacturing or related industry.
• Willingness to work overtime or extended hours to support 24/7 production.

Responsibilities

• Resolve efficiency, yield, productivity, cost and reliability issues per standards.
• Run SOPs and assist engineers to keep production lines operational.
• Conduct process experiments to improve cell efficiency and stability.
• Collect data, analyze results, and present summaries to the team.
• Maintain records and SPC charts to monitor process variation.
