Job summary

The successful candidate will lead process improvement initiatives, support robotics management, and ensure compliance with safety and production standards. A strong background in mechanical engineering, communication, and leadership is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in manufacturing engineering required.
• Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing and TPM preferred.
• Experience in automation and robotics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing process improvement activities.
• Provide manufacturing leadership for product improvement initiatives.
• Design assembly fixturing and develop new processes.
