Job summary

ASML Wilton seeks a Senior Process Engineer to own functional testing and inspection in the Wilton Factory Optics team, driving process development, stabilization, and performance across automated and manual testing. You will work with production techs and cross-functional teams to improve FPY, yield, and output quality.

The role requires deep optical fabrication knowledge, strong analytical skills, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical, Optical, Materials, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in optical fabrication and functional testing/inspection.
• Experience with tooling mechanics, inspection methods, and process development.
• Demonstrated ability in structured problem solving, data analysis, RCA, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end functional testing and inspection processes and define quality control strategies.
• Define and optimize process parameters, ensure measurement stability, and manage fixtures/tools.
• Lead 6P readiness for changes and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with production techs, supervisors, and cross-Factory teams to balance short-term output with long-term improvements.
