Job summary

ASML Wilton is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead mechanical inspection process development, stabilization, and daily performance on automated and manual inspection operations. The role requires deep optical fabrication knowledge, strong analytics, and a drive for sustainable improvements to output, yield, and quality targets.

You will own end‑to‑end visual inspection processes, define process parameters, ensure measurement stability, select tooling, and manage inspection performance

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical, Optical, Materials, or related engineering
• Minimum 5 years in optical fabrication and visual inspection
• Experience with tooling mechanics and mechanical inspection methods
• Structured problem solving, data analysis, RCA, and process improvement

Responsibilities

• Build process stability to prevent rework and FPY loss
• Detect and eliminate sources of variation impacting FPY and yield
• Lead structured RCA using statistical and analytical methods
• Ensure corrective actions are verified, embedded, and sustainable
• Own full 6P readiness for process, material, or equipment changes
