Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Mechanical, Optical, Materials engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in optical fabrication and CNC deterministic polishing.
• Experience in tooling mechanics and process development.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain process stability to achieve FPY targets.
• Detect and eliminate sources of variation affecting FPY/yield.
• Lead structured RCA using statistical methods.
• Ensure corrective actions are verified and sustainable.
• Own 6P readiness for process, material, or equipment changes.
