Job summary

ASML Wilton is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead mechanical inspection processes in the Wilton Factory Optics team, owning process development, stabilization, and daily performance across automated and manual inspection operations.

You will drive FPY improvements, implement 6P readiness, perform RCA, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure robust, repeatable inspection results and continuous long‑term process control.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical, Optical, Materials, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in optical fabrication and visual inspection.
• Experience in tooling mechanics, mechanical inspection methods, and process development.
• Demonstrated ability in structured problem solving, data analysis, RCA, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize process parameters for visual inspection, ensuring measurement stability across tools and shifts.
• Lead control of tooling, environment, fixturing, and other factors influencing inspection output.
• Lead RCA using statistical/analytical methods and ensure corrective actions are verified and sustainable.
• Own 6P readiness for process, material, or equipment changes and collaborate daily with cross-functional teams.
