Job summary

You will mentor operations personnel and lead improvement projects across the plant network. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or Engineering and at least three years of related experience, with ISO, SAP, and reliability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or Engineering plus 3 years of related experience.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to help achieve safety, quality, production and cost goals.
Analyze process conditions using lean principles and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency and cost.
Troubleshoot processing equipment and support Operations and Maintenance to improve process reliability.
Support daily operations to ensure products meet required quality and quantity standards.
Develop and implement process modifications and optimization programs to enhance plant capability and efficiency.
Lead or participate in strategic process studies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Train and mentor operations personnel in process techniques and SOPs.
