Job summary

NuSil, part of Avantor, is seeking a Process Engineer III to lead process improvement initiatives across silicone product manufacturing. You will implement enhancements to meet quality standards, analyze data, and prepare documentation in Agile and SAP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 7–10+ years in manufacturing/engineering for chemical manufacturing, scale-up or site transfer.
• Experience with Agile and waterfall project management; SAP Hana ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Owns core manufacturing processes and drives improvements to optimize yield, cost, quality and throughput.
• Creates master recipes, processes non-conformances, and quality notifications in SAP.
• Leads reliability and PFMEA activities; conducts RCA and implements corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develops equipment specs, pilot tests, and validates new production processes and tooling.
