Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MS or advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10 years in a manufacturing environment with chemical process design experience.
• GMP manufacturing familiarity and knowledge of ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical process ownership to core manufacturing processes and optimize production performance.
• Develop new manufacturing processes and assess equipment adequacy for changing demands.
• Design, validate and commission new production equipment; troubleshoot existing processes.
• Develop project budgets for new equipment and technologies; monitor progress and resources.
• Lead process design and detail engineering, simulations, and process optimization.
• Review tender documents; qualify equipment; ensure start-up and validation of new processes.
• Interact with customers, teams, and vendors to develop specifications.
• Maintain engineering records per cGMP and ISO; plan installation and maintenance activities.
• Establish asset identification and sustain reliability best practices.
• Drive RCFE root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
