Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
• 10+ years of process engineering / continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated success delivering productivity and cost improvements.
• Experience driving lean process change utilizing TPS methods.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment installation, process validations, and document manufacturing methods to ensure robust process control.
• Develop and maintain robust, cost-efficient manufacturing processes and standard methods.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions to optimize performance and reduce waste.
• Manage and document process validations, equipment installation, and manufacturing method improvements.
• Support operations with troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing variability and improving throughput.
• Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing methods, processes, and controls with a focus on quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production and quality issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
