Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Senior Process Engineer onsite to lead optimization initiatives, drive efficiency, and support capital projects in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

The role targets 5–8+ years of chemical process engineering experience with a track record of delivering measurable savings, strong data analysis skills, and leadership of cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading chemical process optimization and cost savings.
• Experience supporting engineering design reviews and CapEx projects.
• Strong understanding of process engineering fundamentals and data analysis.
• Experience in chemical, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, paper, or oil & gas industries preferred.
• Knowledge of PSM/HAZOP/utilities or wastewater systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and plant performance.
• Identify and execute cost savings and productivity improvement projects using process and operational data.
• Support the design, review, and implementation of capital (CapEx) projects.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement and Operational Excellence/Kaizen initiatives.
• Develop and maintain process engineering documentation including PFDs, P&IDs, and mass and energy balances.
• Support HAZOP, Process Safety Management (PSM), Management of Change (MOC), and risk assessments.
• Provide technical leadership during equipment startups, troubleshooting, and process investigations.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
