Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of process engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience in process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in process flow development and data analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and plant performance.
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes using engineering and data analysis.
• Design and implement process modifications, equipment upgrades, and capital projects.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, PFDs, P&IDs, and process maps.
• Support scale-up, new product introductions, and process transfers.
• Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Drive waste reduction and standardization via continuous improvement methods.
• Manage projects with scope, timelines, metrics, and stakeholder comms.
• Support equipment qualification, validation, and reliability efforts.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering for asset utilization.
