Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Process Engineer at the Butler, IN facility to lead continuous improvement, capital projects, and production optimization. You will bridge design and shop-floor execution, enhancing safety, quality, throughput, and cost efficiency.
Qualifications include 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, Lean/Six Sigma certification, PMP preferred, and experience with core processes like polyurethane, foam, and stamping.
Competenze
- 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in steel stamping, steel processing, or heavy manufacturing preferred.
- Lean Manufacturing experience with Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Experience with GD&T, APQP, Minitab, and Product Design/Launch methodologies.
Mansioni
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
- Manage capital improvement projects from concept through validation.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering to standardize practices.
- Drive safety-focused culture and ergonomic risk mitigation.
