Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 4 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and project initiatives.
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and process optimization methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement equipment and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Analyze existing processes and equipment to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Lead complex troubleshooting to diagnose production issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Develop and present detailed reports on process improvements, outcomes, and KPIs.
• Lead training initiatives to ensure team proficiency in equipment operation and process standards.
