Job summary

TemperPack in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Process Engineer to participate in the full life cycle of manufacturing processes and equipment. You will focus on testing, deployment and continuous improvement, collaborating with the team on invention, prototyping, development, installation, and testing of processes and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related STEM field.
• 1+ years industrial experience in Process Engineering.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Experimental design and execution for process and formulation trials.
• Data collection and analysis.
• Manufacturing support for process deployment or continuous improvement including night or weekend shifts if required.
• Writing and editing SOPs and other process or equipment documentation.
• Training operations team members on SOPs.
• Collaborate with operations and R&D on product development testing.
• Ability to manage cross functional teams on improvement projects.
• Root cause analysis and risk assessment of manufacturing processes and/or equipment.
• Provides commissioning support for new equipment and process changes.
• Conducts safety and risk assessments for proposed and current equipment and processes.
